Join Cath on an interactive journey through a menu inspired by her time in the MasterChef kitchen.
Cath will be miked up with a videographer in the kitchen so she can take you on a personal journey through the menu and share some stories about each dish and her adventure on MasterChef.
Your journey will start with a welcome cocktail presented by Rahona Wines and Bass & Flinders at & Gallery in Morce Ave before heading into the Dining Room to enjoy an intimate gathering with Cath.
This 4-course Tasting Menu includes:
Feta & herb baked Polenta, with an almond cream and romesco sauce
Ricotta tortelloni with tomato broth & basil oil
Slow cooked Lamb on a bed of sauteed spinach, with an olive, oregano & parsley warm vinaigrette served with potato puree & oregano oil
Winter croissant pudding with a caramel sauce.
